• Items: name, phone number, email address, campus of interest, and the content of your inquiry (grade level, test scores, intended major, and anything else you include)
• Methods: website inquiry form, phone, email, in-person consultation

2. Purpose of Collection and Use

• Providing admissions consulting services
• Responding to inquiries and scheduling consultations
• Notifying registrants about events such as info sessions

3. Retention Period

Personal information is deleted without delay once the purpose of the consultation is fulfilled, except where retention is required by applicable law, in which case it is kept for the legally required period.

4. Disclosure to Third Parties

The Company does not share personal information with third parties, except with your prior consent (for example, submitting an application to a university on your behalf) or where required by law.

5. Outsourcing of Processing

The Company entrusts the following processing to a third party, supervised in accordance with applicable law.

• Scope: Receiving and storing inquiry form submissions (Google Sheets, Google Apps Script) and sending notification emails

6. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction or deletion of, or suspension of processing of your personal information at any time by phone (+82 2-593-9773) or through the website inquiry form. The Company will act without delay.

7. Security Measures

• Minimal access to personal information
