FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I get a consultation before I have an English test score?

Yes. Coming in early is actually more efficient — we can build a full roadmap that includes your target score and test schedule. We also advise on conditional admission and ESL-pathway options where available.

Can I apply without the SAT?

Most of the four SUNY campuses are test-optional for international students. Submitting scores can still help for scholarships or certain majors, so we decide strategically based on your situation.

My GPA is on the lower side. Can I still get in?

Requirements differ by campus and major, and essays, activities, and English scores can compensate to a degree. In the assessment we design a realistic mix of safety, match, and reach applications together.

I'm enrolled at a Korean university. Can I transfer?

Yes. Depending on your credits and grades you can transfer as a sophomore or junior, and our advance credit evaluation shows you how many credits are likely to transfer before you apply.

How long does the whole process take?

We generally recommend 10–14 months from starting preparation to enrollment. With documents ready, rolling admissions can make the timeline shorter — ask us in a consultation.

Is there a consultation fee?

The first diagnostic consultation is free. Call +82 2-593-9773 or use the online inquiry form.
